We liked the location, outdoor and pool area, service provided and cleanliness of the hotel. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to any request with a warm and friendly demeanor. The hotel is conveniently located at the shore of Miami Beach and close walking distance to Ocean Drive. The hotel has its own beach area and offers the same services at the beachside as well. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with direct beach access. The pool area is so attractive, that in the end we went mostly swimming in the pool, and had lunch on the hotel premises. We had a room with balcony looking out on the ocean, and the sunrise was just stunning. We enjoyed our stay very much and had every comfort imaginable. We would definitely stay at this hotel again on a future trip to Miami Beach.

The hotel itself is wonderful, a mesmerizing entrance hall, and all staff members are always friendly and ready to help. A lovely beach was at a very close walking distance. The breakfast included was very much worth it, we loved the variety and quality of the food. The switch system to let know if the room is ready for cleaning or not disturbing is very clever and useful, even though one day they never showed up.

The different facilities such as the coffee shop, the boutique, the pool, the beach or the spa are great and very accessible. The staff is nice as well and the food is delicious. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool was fabulous, we can recommend The Lobster Benedict. Had a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed after a long flight from the UK. After two nights we headed to Port Everglades for our cruise.
